Is the website mine?

Yes. Your domain is yours, your content is yours, and you can take both with you whenever you want — we transfer them free. The $99 covers the part most people don't want to own: building it, hosting it, keeping it secure and keeping it current.

How long does it take?

Thirty days or less from the day you answer the questions. Most sites are ready for your review well before that.

What if I don't like the design?

You see a preview link before anything goes live, and we revise it until you're happy. Your site doesn't publish until you approve it.

Do I have to provide the words and photos?

No. We write every word from your answers. Send whatever photos you have and we fill the gaps with professional stock photos — included.

Do I have to log in or learn any software?

Never. There's no dashboard and no password. When you need a change, you email us and we make it — your plan includes 30 minutes of updates each month.

Can I really cancel anytime?

Yes. It's month to month — no contract, no cancellation fee, no mandatory call. If you leave, your domain leaves with you.
